To request checking out a tool please check out the linked document below to see what tools are in stock and available to check out. You can then send us a request through our email and we will place it on hold for you and set up a time for you to come pick up the tools.

Why start a tool library?

The Macomb Mutual-Aid Project started a tool library in order to help our community build projects. All too often people are held back from pursuing hobbies and enganging in their own maintenance and repair of their property due to financial issues. The tool library was designed to break down the financial barriers of our community and put power back into the hands of the citizens of Macomb Illinois.
